0.6 - 1KV Low Voltage XLPE Insulated XLPE Sheathed Power Cable, an assembly of one or more XLPE insulated electrical conductors, held together with a general pvc sheath. The assembly is utilized for transmission of low voltage electrical power. LV XLPE XLPE Power Cable may be set up as permanent circuitry within buildings, buried in the ground, run overhead, or exposed.

 

Application

XLPE insulated power cable are used as electricity power transmission lines which applies common circumstances as below:

  • Mainly used for transmitting electricity power or used as control cable.
  • Common operating temperature up to 90°C (emergency at 130°C and short circuit 250°C), both wet or dry location.
  • Voltage rate 600/1Kv.
  • Suits for main or secondary power lines of overhead (aerial) installations, direct burial underground or in dust.
  • Cable trunking, cable tray, cable ladder, in tunnel or wire pipe and in switchgear and other complex operating environment.
  • Works perfectly after metallic sheath (metal especially aluminum clad) or metal wire armored ( especially steel wire armored - SWA) when isolation of electromagnetic effects, anti-interference, anti-jamming and additional strength are required.
